Understand that becoming a CrossCounsel Facilitator takes spiritual maturity, time, effort, gifting and merit. While everyone can benefit greatly from our classes, not many are released for ministry.
Participation in any CrossCounsel classes, trainings, practicums, workshops, group sessions, or other events conducted in person, by Zoom, livestream, video conference, or other electronic or online means constitutes the participant’s acknowledgment and consent that CrossCounsel may record, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and otherwise use the participant’s name, voice, image, likeness, statements, comments, video presence, and/or participation for educational, training, promotional, ministry, podcast, archival, and other lawful organizational purposes, whether now known or later developed, without further notice, compensation, or approval.
By participating, the participant grants CrossCounsel a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such recordings and materials in whole or in part in any media format, including but not limited to podcasts, training materials, online courses, printed materials, social media, websites, livestreams, presentations, and future ministry resources.
Participants understand that while CrossCounsel may choose to omit or edit identifying information at its discretion, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in any group, online, or recorded environment. Participants further waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials or any related use thereof and release CrossCounsel, its staff, volunteers, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims arising out of the use of such recordings or materials, including claims related to privacy, publicity, defamation, or emotional distress, except in cases of willful misconduct or unlawful use.
